How and when to register?
+ Online: Through October 2 at www.elitechip.net.
+ In person: Saturday, October 4, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the race bib pickup table.
Personal and Non-Transferable Race Bib
+ Registrations are strictly personal..
+ Under no circumstances may a race bib be used by another person or may one participant be substituted for another..
Registration Refund Policy:
+ Until August 31: 50% REFUND of the registration fee.
+ From September 1 to 15: 30% REFUND of the registration fee.
+ As of September 16, no cancellations will be accepted for any reason.
